Kimberly Parsley, Co-Founder

Kimberly is a highly experienced Director of Project Management with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She has a degree from the University of Colorado and has worked for a top construction consultancy firm in New York and Colorado. Kimberly is known for her exceptional project management skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients. With a portfolio including commercial interior fit-outs, hospitality and major core and shell projects, Kimberly’s able to utilize her skill set and experience on a variety of complex projects. As a co-founder of Innovoak, she is passionate about applying her expertise to lead successful projects. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time in the mountains, golfing, and playing with her daughter Olivia.

Richard Parsley, Co-Founder

Richard is an accomplished Director of Cost Management with over 12 years of experience in London, New York and Colorado, following his graduation from Reading University. He has a strong track record overseeing projects ranging from $100,000 to $500 million, in a variety of sectors, including commercial interior fit-outs, aviation, landscaped parks, maritime, hospitality, and residential schemes, showcasing his versatility and effectiveness as a leader. Richard is known for his hands-on approach and ability to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. As co-founder of Innovoak, he is committed to building lasting partnerships and driving successful projects with his proven ability to manage complex scenarios. Outside of work, Richard enjoys exploring the outdoors in Colorado, skiing and hiking whilst being a father to daughter Olivia.
